Bartell & Co. highlights include the following transactions:

  • Represented Wells Fargo Wealth Management and their multiple owners in a brokerage advisory role, for the successful sales transaction of the southwest corner of 3rd Avenue and Columbine in Cherry Creek.
  • Brought occupancy at 90 Madison Plaza in Cherry Creek from 23% to 90% in 14 months and maintained it at 90% and above for four consecutive years. The client was Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, a division of the US Government, and their consultants, Karsten Realty Advisers.
  • Leased 143,000 s.f. of Corporate Center 25 (formerly Cypress Minerals) to a single user, AT&T Merlin Hotline Systems, in a 12-month time frame after supervising a complete renovation and marketing plan for the lobby and conference area. The assignment was at the request of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, and their adviser, Karsten Realty Advisers.
  • Served as court appointed receiver for the King Soopers anchored shopping center at Quincy and Buckley in Aurora, at the request of Crossland Savings (Salt Lake City). Duties included asset management, leasing, and ultimately the sale of the retail center.
